As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, the City of Palm Springs is highlighting the contributions of Llubi Rios, the Executive Services Administrator. Llubi Rios was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and has a family history linked to the Bracero Program, as her grandfather participated in this historic initiative. Rios expresses pride in her Mexican heritage and a commitment to assisting Spanish-speaking residents in the community.
