The Palm Springs Public Library will host a virtual event on Wednesday, November 20, at 4 PM PST featuring Mona Susan Power discussing her new novel "A Council of Dolls." The novel explores the lives of three women set against the backdrop of various historical settings, including mid-century Chicago and Indian boarding schools. The story is narrated through the perspectives of dolls carried by the characters.
